Nobody really knows who he is. The man dubbed 'The Tailor' comes out at night and leaves criminals he finds wrapped up with a large button attached to the front of them. Witnesses have reported that he just casually throws a small item at the perpetrator and it wraps them up. Analysis of the buttons has been hampered due to the fact that they disintegrate when police arrive and start removing them. What will happen when The Tailor will directly confront a law officer?
