Deep in a green part of West Virginia, there is an outwardly normal looking tree. But it is special. Every 31 years, a prominent tree knot begins to glow: connecting our world to somewhere else. And one entity comes through. Several factors control how the tree connects the portal, but has anybody figured these out? Is anybody controlling it?
